2009 C&D Canal Clean-Up

The DER took advantage of the beautiful weather this past weekend to hold its annual canal clean-up. Once a year the club cleans up the banks of the C&D canal for its entire Delaware length. Eight large dumpsters were filled with trash that thoughtless users of the facility dump each year. The property is now a much more pleasant place for all users to enjoy.

We have a new web site where you can buy official DER T-shirts, sweatshirts, and other gear. If you missed the chance to get that shirt you wanted at our last hare scrambles or enduro, it's not too late. What's more, you can pick your own style and color and don't have to pick from what was available at the event. These shirts make great Christmas presents for the rider in your family who turned in a great score at our event, but didn't get a shirt to commemorate that good ride. Don't miss out!
